He’s an American actor and filmmaker with 20 years of experience, starting with commercials and indie films in Utah. In 2011, he moved to NY and attended top film schools (which he says were way overrated). He did okay in NY, but as the industry shifted in 2016, work for white actors like him dried up. He eventually decided to try his luck in China, where he quickly landed bigger roles and made more money in a week than he ever had in the US. COVID forced him back to America, where he lost everything and had to restart. Since then, he’s been doing odd jobs while trying to reconnect with the film world.
He’s trained in writing, producing, acting, and stunts—at Juilliard, Moscow Theater, and Jackie Chan’s stunt academy. He calls himself a “discount Tom Cruise” because he acts and does his own stunts. Most of his work has been in Chinese cinema, but he’s soon starting on his first big Indian film. Despite the struggles, he’s proud of his perseverance in this industry, even as skill often takes a backseat to other factors.
He loves collaborating through social media and is open to TV and movie financing opportunities—just reach out via email or message him on social platforms. He’s focused on creating non-agenda-driven entertainment that bypasses Hollywood’s control.
