New Mission Alert: Waluscha De Sousa Returns in Crackdown Season 2

At TOABH , we celebrate the transformative power of our artists. As Crackdown 2 continues to grip audiences on JioCinema , we are taking a closer look at the evolution of Waluscha De Sousa into one of the season’s most complex characters: Garima Kalra , also known as Mausam Masood .

The Look Test: Finding Garima

Every great performance begins with a vision. Waluscha recently shared a glimpse into the initial look tests for Garima, a character she describes as “fiery and fierce, ruthless and badass”. These early stages were crucial in capturing the “good in the bad and the bad in the good”—the myriad of shades that define Garima’s duality.

A Gratifying Transformation

For Waluscha, stepping into Garima’s shoes was more than just an acting assignment; it was a deeply rewarding creative journey.

• Character Depth : Exploring the intricate layers of a woman who is as ruthless as she is fierce made this one of her most gratifying roles to date.
• Creative Trust : A special thank you goes to director Apoorva Lakhia for his trust and vision in casting Waluscha as the formidable Garima.
• Fan Appreciation : The response from the audience has been overwhelming, and Waluscha extends a warm, heartfelt thank you to everyone who has watched and embraced the show.
